Halloween is over and the spooky ladies are off the streets again. Instead, I saw this little old lady during my last bike round.

With all the reds and yellows and oranges and browns of the falling and fallen leaves, she must be waiting for the MTB and crosser season to come.

Meanwhile, there is a golden October (oops: November) to enjoy. And, if you’re lucky, a bowl of fresh and hot pumpkin soup after the chilly rides of the season.
